After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with any next steps or intake forms needed before your session. From there, coaching sessions are tailored to your individual wellness goals, lifestyle, and support needs.

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be forfeited and are not guaranteed refunds or rescheduling.
